Pace Runners, Inc is looking to hire for a full-time Strategic Account Manager in Bessemer, AL.
- Serve as the lead and primary point of contact for all matters specific to the Account Manager’s Customers.
- Build, maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the Company’s customer experience.
- Use quantifiable and abstract data to assist the customer and internal teams when working on problem solving.
- Assist with issue escalations from Operations and Customer Service.
- Provide rapid feedback to customer complaints in a manner consistent with the Company’s Core Values.
- Serve as the “face” of the Company during all Customer interactions.
- Engage in other responsibilities as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer relations or sales team setting.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with a variety of databases, data entry, and/or system proficiency is a strong plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
